Hardware: DSBOARD-XV2
Forecr’s DSBOARD-XV2 1.0 is industrial carrier board based on Nvidia Jetson AGX Xavier / AGX Xavier Industrial processor modules for edge analytics. It is compatible with multi stream deep learning applications.

*Recovery Type-C port can be used as USB 3.1 port.
**For mating connector, Samtec’s QTH-040-05-L-D-DP-A is recommended. A minimum stacking height of 18mm is necessary to avoid collision with other components. This combination will have an 19mm stacking height. Samtec also has higher stacking height options like 22mm, 25mm or 30mm, which are OK to use as well.
DSBOARD- XV2 Recovery Pushbutton
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements a recovery pushbutton. Recovery button should be pressed with reset button at the same time. After released reset button, recovery button should be pressed a little bit more(min. 250 ms). It is located on the front side of the board.
DSBOARD- XV2 Reset Pushbutton
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements a reset button. It is recommended to use needle-like material. It is located on the front side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 Power Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements 4-Pin Power Terminal Connector that accepts +18V to +32V DC power. The mating connector is "1708595". The first and the third pins are positive , second and fourth pins are negative. The power connector is located on the rear side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 SD Card Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements a micro SD Card connector. It is located on the front side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 M.2 Key-M Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements a M.2 M-Key Connector for suitable modules. The M.2 M-Key Connector is located on the bottom side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 M.2 Key-E Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements a M.2 E-Key Connector for suitable modules. This connector is located on the bottom side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 MIPI CSI Connector (Raspberry Pi Camera Compatible)
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements 5 MIPI CSI connectors with same pinout. The connector type is FPC Vertical Connector 15 Pin - Pitch 1 mm .The mating connector is "686715100001" (Flat Flex Ribbon Cable). Three of the CSI connectors are located on the bottom side of the board. Two of the CSI connectors are located on the front side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 I/O Terminal Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements 14 pins GPIO Expansion connector which has 3 digital output pins, 2 digital input pins, RS232-RS422-RS485 & CANBus pins. The mating connector is “1790344” (DFMC 1,5/ 7-STF-3,5) produced by Phoenix Contact.
DSBOARD-XV2 Fan Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements 4 pins header for fan connector. It is located on the front side of the board. It mates with 0510210400 from Molex Picoblade series.
DSBOARD-XV2 High Speed Expansion Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements 80 pins GPIO Expansion connector which has 1x PCIe x8, 1x PCIe x1, 1x DP, 1x CAN, 1x SPI, 1x UART. The Connector model is QSH-040-01-L-D-DP-A from Samtec, ideal for high-speed differential signals and supports up to 25 Gbps data transmission. The connector is located on the bottom side of the board. As a note; I2C, SPI, UART signals are at 1.8V level and CAN signals are at 3.3V level.
DSBOARD-XV2 HDMI Connector
The NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Xavier™ or Jetson AGX Xavier™ Industrial module will output video via the DSBOARD-XV2 vertical HDMI connector that is HDMI 2.0 capable. It is located on the rear side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 USB 3.1 Type-A Connector
The DSBOARD-NX2 incorporates 2 USB 3.1 Type-A connectors with a 2A current limit per connector. The USB connector is located on the rear side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 10/100/1000 Ethernet Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements RJ-45 ethernet connector for internet communication. RJ-45 connector is connected directly to the NVIDIA Jetson module. The ethernet connector is located on the rear side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 Recovery Mode Type-C USB Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements a Type-C USB connector to allow to install or upgrade the operating system. Additionally the connector has USB 3.1 connection. It is located on the bottom side of the board.
DSBOARD-XV2 Debug Mode Type-C USB Connector
The DSBOARD-XV2 implements a Type-C USB connector to access the module by using serial connection. It is located on the bottom side of the board.
