FORECR Extends Jetson™ Thor Platform Support to NVIDIA Jetson™ T4000 for Compact Physical AI Systems
Tallinn, Estonia — [5 January, 2026] — FORECR, an NVIDIA Elite Partner, a technology innovator in advanced embedded AI systems, today announced that its Jetson™Thor-powered platforms, already supporting the NVIDIA Jetson™ T5000 module since September 2025, will now also support the newly introduced NVIDIA Jetson™ T4000 module, extending physical AI capabilities to more compact and energy-constrained industrial edge systems.
FORECR’s DSBOARD-THRMAXcarrier board and DSBOX-THRMAXindustrial edge AI computer were initially introduced with support for Jetson™ T5000, delivering high-performance AI computing based on NVIDIA Blackwell architecture for demanding robotics, autonomous systems, and industrial AI workloads. With the addition of Jetson™ T4000 support, these platforms now address a broader range of use cases requiring high AI performance within a lower power envelope. As announced by NVIDIA, Jetson™ T4000 module brings NVIDIA Blackwell architecture to compact machines such as autonomous mobile robots, quadrupeds, drones, and industrial automation systems, delivering up to 1,200 FP4 TFLOPS of AI performance and 64GB of memory within a configurable 70-watt power envelope. By extending compatibility to Jetson™ T4000, FORECR enables customers to scale physical AI deployments more efficiently across performance and power tiers.
Industrial-Grade Hardware Designed for Real-World Edge AI Deployment
FORECR’s Thor-powered platforms are engineered for deployment in demanding industrial and autonomous environments. The DSBOARD-THRMAX carrier board offers a compact 140 ×125 mm form factor with high-speed expansion, including PCIe Gen5storage, QSFP+ (3×25GbE) networking, dual HDMI 2.1, and abroad set of industrial interfaces such as CAN bus, RS-232/422/485, and digital I/Os. Designed for flexible system integration, it supports M.2 expansion, wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/5G), and high-bandwidth camera configurations.
The DSBOX-THRMAX industrial edge AI computer extends these capabilities into a rugged, enclosed system designed for mission-critical deployments. Featuring an extended operating temperature range and rich I/O—including high-speed Ethernet, USB-C, PCIe Gen5 storage, and optional support for up to eight GMSL2 cameras—the DSBOX-THRMAX is well suited for sensor-rich robotics, autonomous platforms, and vision-based AI systems at the industrial edge.
“Since last September, our Thor-powered platforms have supported NVIDIA Jetson™ T5000 for high-performance edge AI applications,” said Mehmet Fatih KARAGOZ , Co-founder & CEO at FORECR. “With NVIDIA’s introduction of Jetson™ T4000, we are extending this platform to support more energy-efficient physical AI systems, while maintaining the same industrial-grade design and software compatibility.” By continuing to build on its Jetson Thor platform roadmap, FORECR helps system developers bring physical AI closer to the industrial edge supporting scalable deployment across robotics, autonomous machines, and embedded AI systems.
