RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: June 20, 2025

 

1. Overview

As FORECR OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”), we sell non-cancellable / non-returnable (NCNR) products on our website. We ask you to carefully read and acknowledge our return policy before any purchases.

 

2. Export Sales (Outside Estonia)

For all orders shipped outside Estonia, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except when the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

In such cases, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with a description and photo evidence of the defect or damage. We will assess the claim and provide further instructions.

 

3. Domestic Sales

If your order is delivered within Estonia, you may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving the item. To be eligible:

·      The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

·      A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [sales@forecr.io] within the 3-day period. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Regardless of delivery location, customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

 

5. Warranty

All Forecr products are covered by a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures due to normal use under recommended operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

·      Physical damage due to misuse or accident

·      Unauthorized modifications or repairs

·      Damage caused during installation or integration into other systems

·      Structural damages resulting from operating the product outside the recommended temperature range and voltage specifications are not covered under warranty.

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at [sales@forecr.io] with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

An extension of the warranty up to 3 years is available for an additional fee.

 

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [15] business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Origin and Responsibility

All orders placed through our website are shipped and billed from our headquarters in Estonia:

Shipping services are handled by third-party carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and selected method.

 

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation, subject to inventory availability. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

3. Shipping Regions

We ship globally. However, customs restrictions or trade regulations may apply in certain countries. Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with local laws and requirements.

 

4. Shipping Charges, Duties, and Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply for international shipments and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

 

5. Failed Deliveries or Refused Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, reshipping charges may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed for unclaimed or refused shipments. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

 

6. Shipping and Returns

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for export sales, except in the case of defective items.

7. Limitation of Liability

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. Forecr is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by the carrier or customs processes.
