USB 3.1 Speed Benchmarks for DSBOARD-NX2 with NVIDIA Jetson TX2 NX Processor

In this blogpost, we are going to benchmark USB3.1 Speed for DSBOARD-NX2 industrial box PC with Jetson™ TX2 NX processor. We will use Samsung T7 Portable SSD PC500T. 

Firstly, we should connect USB 3.1 SSD device to our DSBOARD-NX2 with Jetson™ TX2 NX processor. Our USB3.1 device formatted as exfat so we need to install exfat packages to our DSBOARD-N2. Then, we should see available disks.

We need to click disk setting button and we need to choose “Benchmark Partition” option.

Now, we should click “Start Benchmark” button. 

In this step, we should enter the number of samples and the sample size. We have entered 100 for both.

We should enter the password to our DSBOARD-NX2 with TX2 NX correctly. Then, we are ready to click the “Start Benchmark” button.

You can check the average read rate and average write rate.
